Are you involved in Change Making work?
Do you work in a team?
Is your work a care based profession?
Are you impacted by burn out cycles and overwhelm in your work life environment?
Are you navigating the unknown whilst still being responsible for making decisions for the work you are doing?
If your answer is yes to any of the above questions then our course can offer you a set of skills,
practices and guidance designed specifically to help sustain and support you
to navigate these turbulent times.
Many individuals and teams are facing similar scenarios due to the Pandemic as we enter into post Covid recovery.
As an organisation, we are committed to doing all we can to help people to implement
healthy habits for long lasting behavioural change.
Working together with people for positive outcomes.
Helping both individuals and teams to be in good shape to make healthy choices in sustainable ways.
To be practiced in resourcing for resilience to be able to meet both the challenges and opportunities
of working with an emergent future.
Resourcing Resilience is our response to some of the difficulties and opportunities
we are facing collectively as people involved with change making work due to the Covid 19 Pandemic.
We have designed the Resource Resilience tool kit for small teams and organisations
to implement, practice and use.
We are drawing from a wide variety of sources and approaches.
Our team are all skilled and experienced people who are passionate about effective ways to support
and guide people to work together in sustainable ways.
Here is a brief over view:
Step 1. Assessing your needs. Starting with a Needs based Consultation
Step 2.Bespoke Training based on Needs. Training of a simple to use tool kit for your team to adopt.
Step 3. Central Care Training - Tool kit and how to use it.
Step 4. Ongoing mentoring to support implementation of practices and approaches.
4. Review, feedback and learnings to take forward.
Our aim is to share a variety of tried and tested approaches to help hold a focus on well being which is
crucial for any work to thrive and sustain.
Would you like to be a part of our pilot programme?
Our RR is an anti dote to the burn out culture many of us work in, especially in the third sector
