We name and honour our lineages and inspirational teachers.
This training is all 'open source' ie not being claimed by us as 'intellectual property'.

Step 5 -Renewal, Return and Regeneration ( Nov 2022)
The cyclical nature of this work requires us to practice regenerative ways of working
as it moves through cycles of growth, expansion, flourishing, disintegration and rebirth.
We will share more in this phase of the training journey about the importance of reflective practice, inner work, action learning feedback and deep listening practices.
We will teach more about appreciative enquiry and continuing to rigorously allow the cycle of ebb and flow rather than generating cycles of burn out and over stretch
(this in itself is a huge culture shift and ongoing commitment)
Due to the community based nature of this work it is often based on voluntary hours
and at times will be in need of renewal.
Also, due to the changing nature of the group as the teens grow older into young adults in their early twenties and move on there will be a constant renewal of teenagers and young women.
Sharing more on the process of recruiting new mentors ( organising, nurturing, guidance and attention)
We will be sending more information out about the next phase of our mentoring trainings as we learn through reflective practice more of what is needed from those who are on this journey with us.
This is our ongoing commitment to working emergently to best serve the needs arising, acknowledging that
we are all learning more about these approaches as we practice them together.
