An exercise on Diversity and Inclusivity in the woods.

We work with the belief that our innate creativity as a human being is intrinsically connected to our empowerment.
Our connection to each other and nature and our sense of well being are essential for our lives to thrive.

We offer a diverse range  of creative ways of working. These  'creative agencies' can stimulate and provide positive channels for expression, provide meaning making opportunities and enhance creative collaboration.

Our  creative based mentoring programmes engage children and young people using a variety of creative based art forms based initially on the interests of the children and young who we are working with. This young person driven approach is a highly effective way of engaging young people 'on their level' and then supporting them to develop in whatever their interest is.

Many of our mentors have trained professionally in an area of the arts, crafts and performing arts.
We use these practical, skill based approaches in combination with mentoring skills.

Our programme help to support children and young people to develop their own creative interests and in the process:
develop confidence/self esteem, learn effective communication skills, improve literacy and numeracy, express thoughts and feelings through a creative medium, develop co ordination and interpretation skills , creative and critical thinking skills, IT skills, organisational skills, employability and effectiveness skills.

This programme can also guide young people onto a professional career pathway,
