Come along to our
​WINTER SOLSTICE WOODLAND WONDER!
​Thurs Dec 21st 2017. 3.30pm- 6pm.

 We invite you to come and celebrate Winter Solstice with us in Sladebank Woods near Summer Street
on the edge of Stroud. Come and find us in the woods,
along a woodland path lit my lanterns and be warmed by a welcome drink of hot apple juice and a roaring fire.
There will be fireside songs and an opportunity to walk a candle lit spiral labrynth to make wishes and prayers in. 
Pay a visit to the cave of Grandmother and Grandfather Winter
to mark the shortest day and longest night of the year.
 Dress for the outdoors with sturdy outdoor shoes and warm layers. 
The fire will keep us warm too!

 This is all a fair weather plan -it will be cancelled if it is wet weather -so do check our websites or text/
call us before hand to check (if it looks wet!)

Directions:
Park along Summer St (near to Summer Crescent)
Find the entrance to Summer Crescent play park (off Summer St)
Go through the gate into the play park area, uphill to left, and follow the signs  on left lit by lanterns and night lights.
